What a super idea for a winter meal. Thank you so much. This soup recipe came just in time for me since I am transitioning to a raw food lifestyle as winter begins. I was using miso as a broth for veggies but I will definitely try nettle tea.

Does it have to be distilled? I get water from my parents artisan well. I prefer the taste of the water from my parents well to distilled water.

Hi thanks for all ur vids! Do you find the breville high speed juicer kills the vitamins in the veggies? Or is it better to get an 80rpm juicer?

Super helpful, thanks so much! It feels a little more difficult being raw vegan in the colder months because I tend to want something warm when I get in from work :) Thanks again, much love from Sweden!

@HibargerJ You can sprout your own beans in a mason jar, just cover with nylon leggings so they dont fall out when you rinse the jar with the beans in them every 24 hours to keep from fungus growing. then put them in sunlight on the 3rd or 4rth day for 15 minutes, then next day they will be perfect to eat! and you made sprouts yourself for cheap! you can do the same with alfalfa, which is nutrient packed to the core! like hella packed

I tried this recipe last night, and it was so darned good! Although I substituted shredded carrots and yellow squash for the bean sprouts. Will have a different version tonight. Awesome idea Dan! Thanks again.
